Description:
Syrup KONADEX® (kanakasav)is aAyurvedic formulation which helps to control asthma, Chronic asthma, including acute breathing problems arising from bronchial asthma. Syrup KONADEX® increases dilatation in the bronchiole.It helps keep bronchial tubes, airways to lungs from constricting. It also prevents seasonal asthma.

Composition:
Each 5 ml Syrup KONADEX® Contains extracts of the following ingredients below:
Daturametel :32.06 mg
Adhatodavasica :32.06mg
Glycyrrhizaglabra :16.03mg
Zingiberofficinale : 16.03mg
And other ingredient as needed

Pharmacology of major herbs :
Daturametel:It Contains Daturanolone ,Daturadiol , saponins, tannins, steroids, alkaloids, flavonoids, phenols and glycosides . It shows various types of activities such as analgesic, anti-inflammatory, anti-viral, and anti-diarrheal. It is used for asthma and bronchitis ulcers, wounds, inflammation, rheumatism and gout, sciatica, bruises and swellings, fever, , and toothache.

Adhatodavasica (Vasak) : Relieves cough, bronchial spasm and breathlessness. It has also mucolytic and expectorant action.

Glycyrrhizaglabra (Jasthimadhu) : Relieves irritation of throat.Modulates the immune system . Used extensively as demulcent,expectorant& anti-inflammatory agent.

Piper longum (Pipul) : It is used in cough, asthma, hoarseness of voice, bronchitis etc.

Zingiberofficinale (Shunthi) : Shown to have significant effects in common cold.

Indication : Highly effective on asthma , Act as a Natural anti-allergen .It removes Bronchitis,Cough ,cold & Respiratory infection .

Dosage :
Adults: 2 teaspoonful 2-3times daily after meal with lukewarm water or as directed by the Reg.Physician .

Side Effect :No significant side effect has been observed at recommended dosage.

Contraindication: Not recommended for Children.

Use during pregnancy &lactation :Not recommended for use during pregnancy. Use in lactation period as directed by the Reg. Physician .

Supply :200 ml & 450ml in amber glass bottle.

Caution:Keep all medicines out of reach of children. Store in a cool and dry place, protected from light.
