Description:
Syp.Puridex® is an excellent ayurvedic “Blood Purifier” which effectively cure & prevent any haemopoietic& skin disease. It has also hepatoprotective, anti-allergic, antifungal, anti-helminthic, antibacterial and antioxidant properties. It helps the liver in detoxification processes and thus helps in the treatment of skin diseases. Syp.Puridex® is effective for both children and adults.

Composition:
Each 5 ml Syp.Puridex® Contains extracts of the following ingredients below:
Hemidesmusindicus 0.08 gm
Azadirachtaindica 0.08 gm
Vanda roxburghii 0.08 gm
Adhatodavasicia 0.08 gm
Lyciumbarbarum 0.08 gm
Cyzygiumaromaticum 0.08 gm
Piper longum 15.63 mg
Glycyrrhizaglabra 15.63 mg
And other ingredients with excipients as needed.

Pharmacology of major herbs :
Hemidesmusindicus: The Hemidesmusindicuscontainshexatriacontane, lupeol, α-amyrin, β-amyrin, acetate, sistosterol, tannins, flavonoids, lignoids such as hemidesminine, hemidesmin-I, hemidesmin-II. Which are used as a coolant & a blood-purifier & also used anorexia, menorrhagia, work as a diuretic & emetic, anti-inflammatory properties.

Azadirachtaindica: It contains nimbin (sulphur-free crystalline, empirical), nimbinin, nimbidin (cream-coloured containing amorphoussulphur) which used as anthelmintic, antifungal, antidiabetic, antibacterial, antiviral, contraceptive, and sedative.

Vanda roxburghii: The plant has an alkaloid, a glucoside, tannins, β-sitosterol, γ-sitosterol and a long chain aliphatic compound, fatty oils, resins and colouring matters. Roots contain tetracosylferrulate and β-sitosterol-D-glucoside. The root is used as a tonic for the liver and brain, boils of the scalp. It also is said to lessen inflammation and heal fractures. Otitis media and dyspepsia, Bronchitis, Rheumatism and also in fever.

Adhatodavasicia:The leaves of Adhatodavasica contains phytochemicals such as alkaloids, tannins, saponins, phenolics and flavonoids. The most important is vasicine, a quinazolinealkaloid.This herb is known for its antispasmodic, expectorant and blood-purifying qualities.Adhatodavasica is used for a multitude of disorders including; leprosy, blood disorders, heart troubles, fever, vomiting, loss of memory, leucoderma, jaundice, tumors, mouth troubles, sore-eye and gonorrhea.

Piper longum: It facilitates the regeneration of hepatocytes following toxic liver damage. It has piperine alkaloid that stimulates digestive enzyme activity including that of pancreatic lipase, amylase, trypsin and chymotrypsin.

Indications & uses:
Blood purification Skin diseases e.g. scabies, itching, boil & pimple, Dermatitis, Complexion enhancer.

Dosage & administration:
Adult: 2-4teaspoonfuls 2-3 times daily after meal.
Children under 12 years: 1-2 teaspoonful 1-2 times daily after meal Or as directed by the Reg.Physician.

Side effect: Not yet known.

Contraindication:There is no absolute contraindication.

Use during pregnancy &lactation :Not recommended for use during pregnancy. Use in lactation period as directed by the Reg. Physician .
